Title - SQL Reporting Developer with Softrax

Location - 12 Month Contract - 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software systems and applications.
Revise and refine existing systems as needed.
Participate in project planning, including:
- Implementation design specifications
- System flow diagrams
- Documentation

Conduct testing and provide ongoing support for business systems.
Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts effectively.
Deliver robust and reliable applications with a proven track record.

Required Skills

Operational System/Application Administration

Experience with Softrax or similar subscription management applications.
Application upgrades and enhancements.
System configuration and customization.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Responding to IT incidents and service requests.

System Interfaces

Creation and deployment of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
Development of SQL interface scripts.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

SQL Server Database Expertise

Database administration and security.
Writing complex SQL queries and creating database views.
Developing stored procedures.
Performing database updates (one-off and bulk operations).

Scheduling and managing SQL jobs
